Comfortable living
A sitting room, kitchen-dining room, twin bedroom, shower-wet room are on the
ground floor, which has oak and cherry wood floors. The kitchen has solid oak work
surfaces and is fully equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave oven, dish washer
and fridge freezer. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the utility room.
The shower is big enough for two. The whole cottage is centrally heated, though a
wood-burning stove makes it especially cosy in winter. |

| There is a CD player, a colour television, a
DVD player,
some DVD's to watch, and a large selection of board games, if you want a quiet
evening in. |

Dreamy sleeping
The cottage sleeps six in three bedrooms, with a spare bed in the upstairs sitting
room. The master bedroom and double bedroom upstairs are served by a bathroom with an
antique tub. The twin bedroom downstairs has antique French walnut beds.

The cottage has a large enclosed courtyard garden to give total
privacy. Facing south, it has views over the Weald countryside. There is a
barbecue for al fresco eating, and bikes for children to enjoy.
There is ample parking for several cars. |

go fishing
The farm, which has been in the same family for fifty years, has its own
beautiful, secluded private lake where you can catch carp.
