Other Details

£100 deposit secures a booking. Balance is due four weeks before arrival.

You can arrive any time after 4pm on Saturday and would appreciate it if you could arrange to be packed up by 10.30am on your last day, to give us the opportunity to clean the cottage in readiness for the next visitors.

Rental includes:	All electricity and oil for central heating Duvets and pillows and linen (but not towels, unless flying) Logs for the wood burning stove Fishing at private lake
Restrictions:	We respectfully request you understand that the cottage is no smoking. Sorry, no pets. There is no telephone at the cottage, but our home telephone number can be given to your friends and relatives who may need to contact you urgently.
